Ok, so I will not take credit for this project AT ALL because I completely ripped it off of ‘Modern Parents, Messy Kids,’ (http://www.modernparentsmessykids.com/2012/01/personalized-alphabet-book.html) but it was still a great way to captivate my 3 year-old for a good 30 minutes one snowy Friday afternoon. And both boys love to look at pictures of themselves, so it’s a big hit in our household – so much so that I had to order books for both sets of grandparents as well.
If you’ve never used MyPublisher before, you should really look into it. Unlike web-based sites where you have to painstakingly upload pictures and rearrange into a predetermined template, MyPublisher runs from your desktop and automatically links to your photo files. It’s so easy to produce a very special keepsake like this “A to Z” book that I made with my boys. Coincidentally their names begin with A and Z, so it was also a cute theme. Here are a few of the pages, I think it turned out beautifully.
